
Ingredients
8oz Spaghetti
1 Cup of Heavy Cream (35%)
1 TBSP Lemon Juice
2 TSP of Dill or Chives
5 Pieces of Asparagus, Chopped
1 Cup of Reserved Pasta Water
1 TBSP of Olive Oil
Canada Smoked Fish Co Vodka Salmon, Chopped
2 Garlic Cloves, chopped
1 Lemon
Instructions
Cook, spaghetti in salted boiling water. Before draining, reserve about 1 cup of pasta water.
Mix the heavy cream with lemon juice in a bowl and let sit for 10-12 minutes to thicken slightly.
In a pan, saute chopped asparagus in olive oil for 4-5 minutes.
Add garlic and dill or chives to the same pan and cook for another 1-2 minutes.
Stir in chopped Canada Smoked Fish Vodka Salmon and cook briefly.
Add the cream mixture and a splash of pasta water to create a smooth sauce.
Toss in the cooked spaghetti, squeeze fresh lemon over top, mix, and serve.
