Ingredients
4 eggs
7 TBSP butter, softened
3 TBSP mustard
Salt & pepper, to taste
1.5 TBSP dill
1 Cup all-purpose flour
1 1/4 TSP baking powder
2 TBSP milk
4 slices of Canada Smoked Fish Co Gravlax, chopped
Optional: 1 cup grated cheese of choice
Instructions
Preheat oven to 3650F
Whisk eggs, butter, mustard, milk, salt, pepper, and dill
Fold in flour and baking powder, then add salmon (and cheese if using)
Spoon into a greased muffin tin 3/4 full
Bake 15-20 minutes, let cool, and enjoy!
