Smoked Salmon Dill Muffins

Prep time: 10 minutes | Cook time: 20 minutes | Total time: 30 minutes

Serves: 4

Ingredients

  • 4 eggs

  • 7 TBSP butter, softened

  • 3 TBSP mustard

  • Salt & pepper, to taste

  • 1.5 TBSP dill

  • 1 Cup all-purpose flour

  • 1 1/4 TSP baking powder

  • 2 TBSP milk

  • 4 slices of Canada Smoked Fish Co Gravlax, chopped

  • Optional: 1 cup grated cheese of choice

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 3650F

  2. Whisk eggs, butter, mustard, milk, salt, pepper, and dill

  3. Fold in flour and baking powder, then add salmon (and cheese if using)

  4. Spoon into a greased muffin tin 3/4 full

  5. Bake 15-20 minutes, let cool, and enjoy!
